Buyer

Buyer information consists of the name, surname, address, phone, and other details provided by the customer during the order placement.

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through Laubali Store.

Product and Price Information

The main features of the product, sales price, taxes, delivery, and any shipping fees are shown to the Buyer before the order is completed.

The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about the main features of the product, total price, payment and delivery conditions before confirming the order.

Payment

Payments are made through the payment methods offered in Laubali Store.

Payment or payment authorization must be successfully completed for the order to be processed.

Delivery

Orders are sent to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the order. The estimated delivery time and any shipping fees are stated during the order or on the relevant pages.

Right of Withdrawal

Subject to the exceptions specified in the relevant legislation, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller explicitly within this period.

The process for exercising the right of withdrawal and returning the product is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products and services for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by law. Especially products specifically produced or customized according to the consumer's request or personal needs may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under the conditions specified in the relevant legislation.

Disputes

Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts authorized under the applicable legislation in case of disputes.
